The roller linear guide assembly is to place proper steel ball between slide and guide to make slide friction between slide and guide change into rolling with less static friction difference and good follow-up, that is the lagging interval between drive signal and mechanical action is very short, which is beneficial to improving response speed and sensitivity of NC system.
1)The drive power drops substantially equaling to tenth of ordinary machinery.
2)In comparison with V type cross roller guide, the frictional resistance can decrease by 40 times.
3)Adaptable to high-speed linear movement, its instant speed is higher about 10 times than sliding guide. |
